Indications：Cool, antidotal, anti-inflammatory and pain-relief. It is used for scarlet fever, swollen sore throat, sore-throat and throat abscess, amygdalitis, infantile furuncle, large carbuncle furunculosis, mammitis, innominate inflanunatory of unknown origin.
【Drug name】：Generic name: Liushen Pill
Chinese Pinyin: Liushen Wan
【Ingredients】：Six kinds of traditional Chinese medicine such as musk/synthetic musk, realgar and toad cake.
【Physical characteristics】：Physical characteristics.
【Indications】：Cool, antidotal, anti-inflammatory and pain-relief. It is used for scarlet fever, swollen sore throat, sore-throat and throat abscess, amygdalitis, infantile furuncle, large carbuncle furunculosis, mammitis, innominate inflanunatory of unknown origin.
【Specification】： 3.125g per 1,000 pills
【Usage and dosage】： Oral administration. 3 times a day, swallow with warm boiled water; 1 pill a day for one-year-old children; 2 pills a day for two-year-old children; 3~4 pills a day for three-year-old children; 5~6 pills a day for children of 4-8 years old; 8~9 pills a day for children of 9-10 years old; and 10 pills a day for adults. Additionally, it can be applied externally to the redness and swelling site of the skin; take 10 pills, put them in the spoon and melt them with cold boiled water or a little amount of rice vinegar, and then apply them for four weeks, and keep moist several times a day until the swelling subsides. Do not apply again if the swelling has been exuded pus or festered.
【Adverse reactions】：Monitoring data shows that the following adverse reactions are reported:
1.Digestive system: nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, etc.
2.Skin and appendage: rash, pruritus.
3.Nervous system: dizziness, irritability, labia oris numbness, limbs numbness, headache, etc.
4.Respiratory system: chest tightness, dyspnea, throat obstruction. Cases of laryngeal edema have been reported in the literature.
5.Cardiovascular system: palpitation, arrhythmia, etc.
6.Others: Cases of severe allergic reactions have been reported.
